• Dietary counselling

  The food and drink we consume may have a direct impact on the health of our teeth. We may provide dietary counselling to help you establish a healthy oral and dietary routine.

• Fissure sealants

  Sealants are a minimally invasive dental treatment, which can help to prevent decay. Applied to the chewing surface of a tooth, Sealants stop decay causing bacteria from reaching teeth.

• Oral hygiene instruction / advice

  The maintenance of good oral hygiene is one of the most important aspects of your general health. We will help you to discover the best way to; brush, floss and care for your teeth. Many time we recommend interdental brushes instead of floss.

• Remineralisation

  Increasing the minerals in your tooth enamel, Remineralisation provides increased strength around the surface of teeth. Several products like Tooth mousse and Recaldent Gum can be used

• PRR – preventive resin restorations
  Small white fillings similar to a sealant but involves minimal removal of some early decay. Children of 6 or 7 years old who have not had dental sealants can often benefit from this treatment
